Terms of Service

Sellsight AI is currently in private beta. These terms apply to everyone who uses the website, the application or the browser extension.

1. The service

Sellsight AI ("Sellsight", "we", "us"), operated by SellSight AI, Murcia, Spain, provides tools for print-on-demand sellers on Etsy: market research, design assistance, mockups, listing creation, order processing and shop analytics.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Connected services

When you connect Etsy, Printify or Pinterest, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of those services. Sellsight is not affiliated with, endorsed or certified by Etsy, Printify or Pinterest.

4. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service.
• You are responsible for everything you publish and sell, including making sure it does not infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights. Our trademark checks are informational only and are not legal advice.
• Review AI-generated designs, texts and order files before publishing or sending them to production. They may contain errors.
• Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to scrape or overload third-party services, or to interfere with the service.

5. Estimates and data

Many figures in Sellsight are estimates or directional signals, and each one is labeled. Estimates are not guarantees of sales, revenue or ranking, and you make your own business decisions.

6. Orders and publishing

Listings are created as drafts by default. Actions that publish listings or create orders with your print provider happen only when you confirm them or when you enable an automatic mode yourself. You are responsible for the orders sent to your print provider and for the related costs.

7. Plans and fees

The private beta is free. Before paid plans start, we will publish their prices and conditions, and you will choose whether to subscribe.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but during the beta it may change, be interrupted or have errors. We may update features and these terms; if a change is material, we will notify you in advance.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or sales, or for actions taken by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
